Natick Police Department Is Hiring A Full-Time Dispatcher

NATICK, MA—Natick police recently announced that applications are now being accepted for the position of full-time public safety dispatcher.
The duties for this position include but are not limited to; receiving emergency and non emergency phone calls and dispatching appropriate response for Police-Fire and Emergency Medical Services. Duties also include clerical, support services and numerous other related tasks. Excellent customer service and communications skills, both written and oral are of extreme importance.
In addition, basic computer knowledge, good typing skills and the ability to work under stressful conditions are required. Shift cycles include midnight to 8 a.m., 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to midnight. Hourly rate starts at $21.96 in FY 2018. Experienced candidates are preferred but new applicants will be considered for complete training.
