UPDATE: Missing Natick Student Found

An 11-year-old girl was last seen leaving Wilson Middle School on Monday afternoon. She was found Monday night.

NATICK, MA — The Natick Police Department has found a missing Natick student after a search on Monday night.

The 11-year-old girl was walking on Rutledge Road heading toward Ben Hem, police said, around 3:10 p.m.

"We are actively searching for this student and will be deploying K9 units and drone teams to assist in the search efforts," police said on Monday night.

The search was focused in the Wethersfield area, Ben Hem and Wilson Middle School area. Residents were asked to avoid this area to "allow officers to conduct their search efficiently."

"We are happy to announce, this young person has been found, safe and sound! We thank our public safety personnel, along with the public, for their cooperation and strong work in locating her and bringing her home."
