A Natick man allegedly raped a 6-year-old boy in April, a spokesperson for the Middlesex District Attorney said Monday.  Jorge Rodriguez, 69, from Natick, was recently indicted by a grand jury on two counts of aggravated rape of a child and two counts of rape of a child by force. The charges stem from a single incident, the spokesperson said. Rodriguez and the child know each other.   Rodriguez has not been arrested. The charges were brought up after a police investigation, the spokesperson said.  An arraignment date has not yet been set by the Middlesex superior court.
