Tractor Trailer Crash Snarls Traffic on West Central

Natick Fire and Department of Public Works were called to help clean up after hydraulic fluid was spilled.

Just after 9 a.m. today officers from the ο»Ώ responded to a report of a tractor-trailer vs. landscaping truck crash in the area of 167 West Central St.

Upon arrival officers observed a large fluid spill which required cleanup by the ο»Ώ and the ο»ΏΒ Police said the fluid was hydraulic fluid.

Traffic was backed up to the west of town, nearly to the Framingham line, while crews worked to clear the scene.

According to Lieutenant Grassey, no injuries were reported at the time of the incident. Grassey also said the clean up took a little longer than normal because large tow trucks were needed for the heavy equipment involved including a landscape shredder.
