Two Framingham Men Arrested After 2-Car Crash

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Natick Police Department on Sept. 29 regarding a motor vehicle accident resulted in the arrest of two Framingham men.

According to the Natick police log, the call came in just after 1 p.m. from Watson Street.

After responding officers arrived and completed an investigation, Cesar H. Lopez, 29, of 29 Waverly Court, was arrested and charged with:

  • Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license;
  • Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle;
  • Marked lanes violation;
  • Failure to yield at an intersection.

Officers also arrested Alvaro H. Duate, 27, of 84 Waverly St. He was charged with misleading a police officer.       

Both men were scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Sept. 30.

No injuries were reported in the accident.
