VIDEO: Organic is Growing at Natick Community Farm
A Natick farm has seen the benefits of organic farming's unprecedented period of growth in recent years.
"The biggest growth in the food industry in the United States is in organic farming and production," Lynda Simkins, director at Natick Community Organic Farm said.
The farm will host its annual harvest dinner on Wednesday, where local residents can dine on organic offerings. The annual event is the farm's largest fundraiser.
