Woman Arrested with Stolen Merchandise from Four Stores

Wednesday, Feb. 20

9:38 p.m.: Macy's loss prevention notified the Natick Police Department that they had detained a shoplifter. Morghyn D. Croteau, 23, of 100 Leach Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Shoplifting $100+ by concealing merchandise ($112.00)
  • Receiving stolen property -$250 (Victoria's Secret $148.50)
  • Receiving stolen property -$250 (Spencer's Gifts $30.98)
  • Receiving stolen property -$250 (Claire's $46.50)

7:31 p.m.: J.C. Penney called Natick Police to report that a shoplifter had been detained. Naseem Bano Qadir, 50, of 261 Cochituate Rd., Wayland was arrested and charged with shoplifting $100+ by concealing merchandise ($190 in merchandise).
