Five things you need to know today for Needham and Wellesley on July 19, 2013.

1. Hot. It's going to be hot. There may be patches of fog really early and really late, but the National Weather Service tells us, but overall temperatures will be somewhere between 99ºF and 75ºF and it will be sunny. If you're wondering what that will do to your closed car, the Newton Patch editor did an experiment.
