Boiler Room Fire Breaks Out In Needham Building

NEEDHAM, MA — Firefighters knocked down a fire at the property at 257 Webster St. on Wednesday morning.

The department arrived on scene on Needham Heights at approximately 6:30 a.m. after reports of smoke emitting from the town-owned property adjacent to the fire station. The small blaze was determined to be emitting from the boiler room and was reportedly knocked down within 30 minutes. No injuries have been reported.
