Arraignment Date Set For 2 Charged In Fatal Needham Crash

Robert Berry, 65, of Needham​ and Dania Antoine-Guiteau, 52, of Wellesley​ have been charged in the crash that killed two Needham teens.

NEEDHAM, MA — The arraignment date for two people charged in a crash that took the lives of two Needham teens has been scheduled.

Robert Berry, 65, of Needham and Dania Antoine-Guiteau, 52, of Wellesley, will appear in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham on Sept. 5 at 2 p.m. Berry faces charges of negligent motor vehicle homicide and two counts of aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and Antoine-Guiteau was charged with manslaughter and negligent motor vehicle homicide, according to the Norfolk County District Attorney's office.

The Feb. 10 crash claimed the lives of Needham High School students - 16-year-old Talia Newfield and 17-year-old Adrienne Garrido. The two were walking on Webster Street near the high school when they were fatally struck.

Investigators have released few details since the deaths but did note that they were focusing on two drivers.
