Description: Family looking for a nanny/babysitter for two children, Mondays and Fridays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Could also potentially use this person another day during the week from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Son is almost 3 years old and daughter is 13 months. Pay will be $12 to $15 per hour.

Description:
Responsible for budget, accounts payable, department employees, reports and required documentation.
Responsible for Preventative Maintenance program and ensures compliance according to local, state and federal regulations. Maintains all facility equipment in a safe and functioning manner. Maintains furnishings and grounds, plumbing and electrical fixtures.
Responds to requests for repairs ad directed by Administrator and Department Heads.
Responsible for fire safety. Conducts monthly fire drills in accordance with Life Safety and Federal regulations. Participates in general orientation on fire safety.
Chair of Safety Committee. Responsible for safety on the grounds.
Participates in Quality Improvent and Department Head meetings.
Handles and/or supervises snow removal and landscaping.
Has on-call responsibility to respond to off-hours facility emergencies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Maintenance director experience in a skilled nursing facility highly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment.
Must know how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to facility.
Must be knowledgeable of Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan, and follow policies and procedures.
