NEEDHAM, MA — A person at a hotel in Needham last week was raped, according to police. On May 15 at 1:20 a.m., police received a 911 call from a person at the Marriott Residence Inn in Needham. She told police that she was the victim of sexual assault. The next day, following a police investigation, 43-year-old Alexander Roth of Germany was arrested for rape and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years old or older.
