Needham resident Bill Paulson is working with a group to establish the first off-leash dog park in town. The land has been set aside for the project, but the town has asked the group to raise the money to do the site work, set up the fencing, etc.
“We are struggling to raise the money we need,” Paulson said via GoFundMe.com, an online fundraising website. “Are you a dog lover? Please help us with whatever you can afford.”
