Larceny, Driver Crashes Into Multiple Cars: Needham Police Log

July 2
12:00 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to a residence on Mills Road for a report of a lost or stolen license plate. The plate was entered into the CJIS System.
2:00 p.m. - An officer conducting a well being check encountered a woman who was sitting in the front yard of a Great Plain Avenue. The woman, 34-year-old Elizabeth Cooper of Holliston, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

8:00 p.m. - An officer responded to a Chambers Street address for a report of an ongoing dispute between two neighbors. Both parties were spoken to, peace was restored, and the Needham Housing Authority will be notified.
July 3

1:30 a.m. - An officer responded to a Webster Street address for report of a stolen motor vehicle. While on scene the owner was able to locate the vehicle and determined it was not stolen.
10:40 a.m. - An officer responded to a Greendale Avenue business for a report of suspicious phone calls.
11:40 a.m. - An officer responded to a Highland Avenue in Needham for a report of a vehicle striking multiple vehicles in a parking lot. An immediate threat was filed on the operator, a 94-year-old Norwood woman.
1:00 p.m. - An officer responded to a Highland Avenue medical facility for a report of theft. The administrator reported one patient was missing cash and that another patient was missing a diamond ring. The matter is under investigation.
12:00 p.m. - An officer took a walk-in report for identity fraud and larceny. The matter is under investigation.
