Needham's Historical Commission will soon be short one member--unless you are interested in getting on board.

As an example of their work, the Commission worked to keep the legacy of James Powers preserved in the new Town Hall--the Great Hall is named for him. Some of their work is also evident in the Needham History Displays at the  Needham Historical Society.

This member's term expires June 30, 2015, and the member could be appointed to additional terms if picked. If you are interested, send a letter of interest to scincotta@needhamma.gov, or go to the Town Website and fill out a committee application form: www.needhamma.gov/committeeform.
