A Cambridge woman is facing drug charges following an incident in Needham Thursday evening.Needham police officers responded to the post office on Great Plain Avenue around 5:45 p.m. after learning of reported disturbance.Upon arriving at the scene, officers conducted an investigation. A 55-year-old Cambridge woman was arrested for the possession of drugs.The suspect's identity was not revealed. Police said she will be summonsed to Dedham District Court for the possession of Class E substances.
