A pedestrian in Needham was struck and hurt by a motorist Monday morning on Highland Avenue.Police responded to the Panera Break parking lot around 9:30 a.m. for a report of a person struck by a motor vehicle.According to police, the victim suffered minor injuries, but the driver fled the scene.After some time, the suspect returned to the parking lot and was questioned.The incident is under investigation at this time. It's unclear whether charges will be filed against the driver.
