A Lynn resident was arrested in Needham Saturday evening after police found drugs during a traffic stop on West Street, police said.Anderson Oscar, 24, was placed under arrest and charged with the possession of a Class B substance.Around 5:30 p.m., an officer observed Oscar traveling on West Street without functioning tail lights, a single functioning headlight and no front bumper.The vehicle was stopped and Oscar was found to be in possession of illegal drugs, police said. Oscar was also issued a citation for defective equipment and an inspection sticker violation.
