Howard Mintz Officially Sworn in as New Newton Police Chief [Photos/Video]

A large crowd of family, friends, city officials and police officers filled the Newton City Hall War Memorial on Wednesday, April 10 for the official swearing-in ceremony. Mintz, a Newton native, has been with the Newton Police Dept. for 29 years.
