Newtonville Gets Its First JPMorgan Chase Bank
The branch, located at 843 Washington Street, was opened March 28.

NEWTON, MA – The first retail branch of JPMorgan Chase bank in Newtonville has opened.
"We’ve long viewed Newtonville as a place we wanted to be," Elvin Rodriguez, Chase Market Director for MetroWest, said in a news release. "We look forward to building new relationships and helping our customers during life’s most important moments, like opening their first savings account, buying their first home or planning for retirement."
The branch, located at 843 Washington Street, was opened on March 28 and features 3,000 square feet of modern features, bright designs, comfortable meeting areas, and state of the art banking technology.

Newton residents will have access to a Chase Private Client team that will provide premium banking services, personalized attention and access to JPMorgan’s expertise and investment capabilities to help Newton families reach their financial goals.
Customers can also meet with financial and home lending advisors and business banking relationship managers.
"We have a fantastic team of bankers here who are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers," Daizy Rampal, Newtonville branch manager, said in a news release. "We want to be where our customers live and work which is why we’re excited to be growing our presence here in the MetroWest area."

The firm currently serves more than 1.1 million customers and nearly 50,000 business clients across 36 branches in Massachusetts, after opening its first branch in 2018 in Boston.
The Newtonville branch will be manned by 10 employees – all MetroWest residents. Entry-level employees will be paid no less than $18 per hour and will receive the firm’s full benefits package.
