Police: Man Accosted Teen Girl in Newton Park

A 15-year-old girl was reportedly approached and accosted by a suspicious man in a park near Thursday afternoon.

According to reports from Newton Police, the young girl was sitting on a bench in the park behind the school () when a man approached her around 3:30 p.m.

The man reportedly told the girl she had a nice [expletive] and asked if he could see it. 

The teen told the man "no" and left the park. The man then ran off in an unknown direction.

According to reports, the suspect was described as a white male with brown hair wearing a mint green collared shirt and khaki pants. He was approximately 30-years old.
