Taste Of Newton To Celebrate 25 Years
For more than two dozen years the local Chamber of Commerce has invited restaurants bars and caterers to come to a community event.

NEWTON, MA — Get your stretchy pants ready. Nearly 50 local restaurants, from old staples to restaurants who've just showed up on the block, will be under one roof Monday, April 8 to dish out samples of their fare and connect with new and old customers.
For the past 25 years the Newton Needham Chamber of Commerce has invited local restaurants bars and caterers to come to a community tasting event each spring. Although the event is now a quarter century old, when it first debuted in town, it was one of the region’s first tasting events.
"In addition to being a milestone anniversary we have more participating restaurants than ever," said Chamber President Greg Reibman.
