This storefront has great access to the Mass. Pike and although it is on a busy stretch of Centre Street, there is plenty of parking on Centre Street and around the corner on Richardson Street. There is also a lot located behind the building.
According to the "for lease" sign on the front of the building, the space totals 4,800 square feet and includes basement storage.

The storefront's neighbors include Signal Graphics and C&N Pizza, among others.
