Cupcake Truck Business Plans North Andover Store

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — A popular mobile cupcake business has plans to expand to a brick-and-mortar location, The Andover Townsman reported.

Nadie Levin has operated Pipe Dream Cupcakes out of a food truck in Andover and North Andover for 12 years. She has plans to open a shop at 48 Water St. in North Andover in March or April, according to The Andover Townsman.

Pipe Dream bills itself as "the first mobile cupcake truck in the Merrimack Valley area."

The mobile bakery offers a dizzying array of delicious flavors from cannoli to 100 Grand Bar to chocolate caramel marshmallow and fluffer nutter.
