  • Still Cold: Temperatures are expected to be in the mid-40s most of the day, with clear sunny skies.
  • Election: Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m., at North Andover High School.
  • Meeting: The Board of Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m. at Town Hall.
  • Parking: Winter parking ban is still in effect.
  • This Day in History: In 1945, the battle of Iwo Jima ended. In 1982, ground-breaking ceremonies were held for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in  Washington, D.C.
