Nationally acclaimed teacher and musician, John Keller, recently visited the elementary schools of North Andover as Johnny the K with his 12-string guitar, unique collection of hats, and his message Character Counts. Sponsored by the North Andover School Enrichment Council, along with generous support from the North Andover Cultural Council, his message came through songs and skits to “stand tall – be strong, be confident; think positive; together we make it better; attitude is everything;” and more.
Students, kindergarten through second grade, were engaged throughout the show with his interactive and imaginary style of music.
