Jump in the Pool and Help Fight Alzheimer's

This weekend, you can get a head start on spring exercise while helping to fight Alzheimer's.

Edgewood Retirement Community will host an Aqua Zumba event to benefit the Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Association on Saturday, March 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the the Edgewood Community Clubhouse pool at 575 Osgood St.

All instructors are certified, including Edgewood Exercise Director Nancy Ryan, who also teaches Zumba classes at the North Andover Senior Center. Participants can exercise for any length of time they choose but do need to sign up in advance.

People ages 16 and up are invited to participate, and a $15 donation will be collected at the door. All proceeds will go directly to the Alzheimer’s Association.
