The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.
Friday, Nov. 1
A 5:06 p.m., a caller on Salem Street reported a man lying on the ground. It turned out the man was just sleeping.
At 8:03 p.m., a caller reported a male walking shirtless and yelling at people near the intersection of Andover Street and Chestnut Street.
At 9:36 p.m., a caller on Osgood Street reported that someone entered her home and threw eggs at her son's bedroom wall.
Saturday, Nov. 2
At 12:48 p.m., Kohl's reported a shoplifter in the fitting room. Feirys Encarnation, 24, of 856 Summer St., Newark, N.J., was charged with shoplifting.
At 2:40 p.m., Kohl's reported another shoplifter. Joshua Horvitz, 24, of 16 A St., Seabrook, N.H., was charged with shoplifting.
