Self-Storage Facility Opening In North Andover

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — A self-storage facility is opening at 25 Beechwood Drive near Route 125 in North Andover. The three-story, 90,000-square-foot facility will include 590 climate-controlled units, according to a statement.

North Andover Self Storage will be managed by Argus Professional Storage Management. The company was formed in 1994 and is based in Denver.

The facility's location is across the street from the 3.8 million-square-foot Amazon warehouse and distribution center, which could employ up to 1,000 people.

North Andover Self-Storage will serve the Andover, North Andover, and Haverhill market area.
