The Town of North Andover has partnered with Polco/National Research Center to conduct a survey.  Last week, the survey went to randomly selected North Andover households and businesses.  If you were one of the lucky households or businesses that received a survey postcard via mail, please respond to the URL link provided to you on that postcard.
