Lacrosse Facility, Mixed-Use Project On North Andover Board's Agenda
The release of bonds for an athletic facility and plans for a mixed-use project are on the Planning Board's agenda.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Bonds for a lacrosse facility and a proposed mixed-use project are on the Planning Board's agenda next week.
The meeting will be Tuesday, Jan. 6, at 7 p.m. at Town Hall at 120 Main St.
Homegrown Lacrosse LLC is requesting a release of a $10,000 performance bond associated with a Site Plan Review Special Permit. They are also seeking a $4,000 Watershed District Special Permit performance bond, according to the meeting's agenda.

The company built on a 2.5-acre plot on the Lawrence Municipal Airport property fronting Sutton Street. The 39,100-square-foot athletic facility includes office space, a parking lot, utilities, and drainage improvements.
Also on the agenda is a continued public hearing for 1591 Osgood St. Singh Realty Group LLC is seeking to demolish existing structures at the site to construct a four-story building with a 15,290-square-foot footprint.

The first floor would be retail and self-storage, with the remaining three floors to be 38 residential units with parking.
