Construction On I-290, Detour In Northborough

NORTHBOROUGH, MA—The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has announced that the crews will be carrying out paving work on I-290 westbound in Northborough from approximately 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 12, through 5 a.m., Monday, Oct. 15.

During this time, the right lane and the breakdown lane will be closed on I-290 westbound throughout this area, and the on-ramp from Church Street to I-290 westbound in Northborough will be closed.

Traffic seeking to access I-290 westbound at this location will be directed to a detour route that utilizes the Solomon Pond Interchange.
