Coronavirus Booster Clinic For Students Ages 16 And 17 In Town Of Northborough
This clinic is only open to students in Northborough, Southborough, and Boylston and this is the only clinic planned for teens this year.

The Northborough Health Department just released over 400 Pfizer COVID-19 booster appointments for students ages 16 and older who are eligible.

Details:
- Pre-registration is required. Clinics are open to the public.
- Please enter your insurance information when registering online. You will receive an email confirmation once registered.
- Please bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Card (for boosters) and a photo ID if available.
- Wear short sleeves. Follow signs when you arrive. Entrance through Cafeteria exterior door near rotunda.
- Booster Eligibility: Everyone 16 and older can get a booster shot at least 6 months after completing a primary COVID-19 vaccination series. Teens 16–17 years old can only get a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine booster. First dose appointments open to anyone ages 12 and older Click here for more information on eligibility.
