September is Suicide Prevention Month: You are not alone
Mental health and crisis intervention resources are available.
Every September, we observe Suicide Prevention Month—a critical time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and support those affected by suicide and mental health struggles. It is also a time to spread hope and information about how individuals and communities can come together to prevent suicide.
Northborough Health & Human Services (HHS), is committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of our community. We want every resident to know: You are not alone. Help is available 24/7, and reaching out is a sign of strength.
