September Wellness Book Club discusses 'Atomic Habits'

The Northborough Health and Human Services (HHS) Words of Wellness Book Club announced its September read: Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear. The book's key message is that tiny changes make remarkable results.

Bring your voice to the discussion on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 6-7 PM at the Northborough Library (34 Main Street) on the second floor.
