Heading to 9th grade at Algonquin Regional High School and needing a little help with the transition? Sign up for this free workshop.
Do you have a rising 9th grader at ARHS? The transition to high school can be nerve-wracking for some students.Northborough Health and Human Services (HHS) along with Southborough Youth and Family Services is offering a free Rising Titans workshop on Thursday, August 21, 9 AM-12PM at Algonquin Regional High School.
Space is limited and we anticipate a high level of interest, so please register early at www.tinyurl.com/RisingTitans2025 to save a spot. Additional information will be emailed to you the week of the workshop.
The workshop will highlight:
-coping strategies for anxiety
-executive functioning
-building relationships
