Words of Wellness Book Club July read

A community self help book club led by Social Worker Caitlin Mitchell meets the third Tuesday each month at the Northborough Library, 6 PM.

July's book is Sorry I'm Late, I Didn't Want to Come: One Introvert's Year of Saying Yes by Jessica Pan. Copies of the book are available at the Library's circulation desk.

Department of Health and Human Services Social Worker Caitlin Mitchell, LCSW facilitates the book discussions each month.

The focus of the monthly book club is on self-help topics like emotional health, motivation, personal development and mindfulness. All are welcome, even if you want to join the discussion and have not read the book yet.

If you want to plan ahead: August's book will be Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear by Elizabeth Gilbert and will meet on August 19.
