Daily 5: NEMPAC To Present Italian Opera

1. Rain likely: Thursday will be mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms likely after 10 a.m., according to the National Weather Service. Some storms could produce small hail, gusty winds and heavy rain. More showers and thunderstorms are possible in the evening, again with possible hail and heavy rain. High: 76, Low: 64.

2. Italian opera: The North End Music and Performing Arts Center will present Mozart’s Cosi Fan Tutte opera in Italian with English subtitles on Thursday and Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Faneuil Hall. In addition, an outdoor performance will take place on Sunday at 4 p.m. at Christopher Columbus Park. For tickets, visit nempacboston.org/archives/2310.

3. Mayoral debate: The Ward 2 Democratic Committee and Charlestown Against Drugs are sponsoring a forumThursday night for the candidates running for Boston mayor. Tony V will moderate the discussion, which will be held at Bunker Hill Community College’s main auditorium. There will be a meet and greet from 6-7 p.m. followed by the forum at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public; a suggested donation of $20 will support CHAD's Peter Looney Scholarship Fund

4. Free art: Admission to the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston (100 Northern Ave.) is free to all ages everyThursday from 5-9 p.m.

5. HIV testing: June 27 is National HIV testing day. Individuals are encouraged to come get tested and learn more about HIV at the MGH Charlestown Healthcare Center from 10 a.m. to noon.
