Police: Mystery Bullet Found in North End Car
The following information was supplied by the Boston Police Department.

Someone found a bullet hole in their car on North Washington Street.
Boston Police responded to a report of a bullet hole found in a car near 98 North Washington St. at about 6:49 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30.
The caller told police that they had no idea when or where it happened, but they found a bullet hole in the trunk on the driver’s side. The hole went through the trunk and into the spare tire compartment and came to a stop in the rear seat.

The caller told police that they first noticed the hole on July 27 at about 2 p.m. when they were parked in the South End.
A-1 detectives recovered the bullet. This investigation is ongoing.
