School, Government and Business Closings and Delays:

• Town offices and schools are already closed on Saturday so that won’t be an issue.
• Flint Memorial Library is open regular library hours until 5 p.m. Saturday. It is closed as usual on Sunday and will be closed on Presidents’ Day on Monday.

Event Cancellations/Postponements:

• Services at Aldersgate United Methodist Church for Sunday have been cancelled.
• North Reading Moose’s Sunday’s Valentine’s Day Brunch that was scheduled on Sunday has been postponed.
• Sunday morning services are cancelled at Martin’s Pond Union Baptist Church.
• International Family Church has cancelled Sunday services and Victory Bible Training Center.

Power Outages:

Report outages to the Reading Municipal Light Department. Customers should call 781-944-1340. Here are storm tips from RMLD.
