How Long Before Sabatino's Opens?

Several Patch readers have asked when Sabatino's Trattoria will be opening. Though the italian restaurant was originally slated to open in April, it is unclear when doors will open.

Building owner Rico Ferrera said that the exterior was recently finished, and they hope it's open in a month. 

Located next to High Tech Automotive and Hess, Sabatino's Trattoria is co-owned by mother and daughter duo Siorentina and Melinda Ferrera. It will feature brick oven pizzas and fresh homemade pastas on their menu.

"That's basically our goal is just to stick with the authenticity of Italy," Melinda said, adding, "We're just going to be very laid back. We're family oriented."

The restaurant will accomodate 60 people.
