LETTER TO THE EDITOR: A Thank You to Nine Lives

Scooter the cat makes a great addition to the family.

Dear Editor,

I am writing to you so people who read this will know the great experience of dealing with the 9lives shelter.

I adopted a kitten/cat named Scooter and I dealt with the most marvelous man from the shelter whose name is Tom Burke. He made the adoption go very smoothly and kept in touch with me daily to let me know how Scooter was doing because I couldn’t take him home for two weeks, due to the shelter making 100 percent sure Scooter was healthy, because he had a small eye problem and I also had to wait until he could get neutered. Tom took me around the shelter the first time I went there, and I was so impressed that their were probably 100 cats there, only one or two to a cage, and every single litter box in every cage was clean and all of the cats had dry and wet food. That was very impressive.

I also dealt with Patty, who made everything very nice also. She met me when I picked Scooter up to bring him home, even though it was not her day and time to be at the shelter.

The little boy I have is a great and wonderful addition to the two dogs I already have. They all are so happy and already love each other.
