5 Things to Know: May 30, Neponset Valley Knitters, Cross Training and More

Today's Weather: There will be a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 92.  For tonight, mostly clear, with a low around 62, according to The National Weather Service.

1. There will be an Adult Cross Training program at 111 Morgan Dr. in Norwood.  The program starts at 10:30 a.m. and costs $17 to join.

2. Norwood Hospital, 800 Washington St. in Norwood, will have their Senior Supper Programat 4:45 p.m.  The dinner costs $5.50.

3.The Neponset Valley Knitters will meet at the Morrill Memorial Library, 33 Walpole St. in Norwood, at 12 p.m.
