Agenda for the Board of Selectmen, Apr. 24

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:

• Superintendent Mark Ryan, of the DPW, will be submitting a monthly report of the department’s activities.
• Superintendent Malcolm McDonald, of the Light Department and Broadband, will be submitting a monthly report of the department’s activities.
• There will be a Public Hearing for Storyboard LLC, on the Norwood Theatre's applications for a special Wine and Malt Beverage License, C.V. and Entertainment license.
• Edmund W. Mulvehill, Jr., Director of Veterans’ Services, will be submitting a request for a corner memorial at Gay St. and Joy St. in memory of U.S. Army Specialist Keith David Benson, who was killed in Afghanistan on Jan. 18, 2012. Dedication will be Memorial Day, May 28, at 1:00 p.m.
