Highlights from the agenda for the Board of Selectmen meeting.

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:
- Chief Michael J. Howard, NFD, will be submitting the monthly report of the department’s activities.
- Daniel J. Bailey III, Esq., of Rackeman, Sawyer & Brewster, will be submitting a request for he and Joseph Federico to meet with the Board to discuss a discrepancy in square footage of land in the purchase of University Avenue, and submitting an article for the Annual Town Meeting to address this.
- Barbara Riker for Cystic Fibrosis Motorcycle benefit run will be submitting information about a proposed motorcycle run on Sun., Sept. 9 (rain date Sept. 16) - meeting at the VFW at noon to ride through neighboring towns. They will return to VFW 1 to 1:30 p.m. for lunch and leave around 4 to 5 p.m. She is working with Safety Officer Paul Murphy to determine best route.
- Representative John Rogers will be submitting communication advising he is asking State Gaming Commission to consider Walpole host community with Norwood having legal status as
