The first hearing was postponed at the request of Plasko's counsel, however prosecutors requested this new date due to "outstanding discoveries," <a href="http://www.boston.com/yourtown/news/norwood/2012/01/plasko_pretrial_postponed_agai.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Boston.com reported</a>. Plasko to charges of sexually assaulting a local woman in her home after being . He resigned his in October and resigned from the committee fully in January.
