Monday, Feb. 27 9:34 a.m. - Resident reported a grey VW pulled into the light department yard on Short St. and took wiring. Light department responded and reported nothing of worth in the yard. 12:44 p.m. - Caller reported larceny on Elliot St. Police filed a report. 6:18 p.m. - Walk-in to the department reported a cat carrier with two cats in it in the intersection at Fulton and Prospect streets. Second caller reported male picked up the same, stated it fell out of car. 7:48 p.m. - Caller on Richland Rd. reported past breaking and entering to his house. Police filed a report.
