Norwood Teen Arrested for Alleged Heroin Distribution
Norwood Police arrested a 19-year-old Norwood resident for alleged Heroin possession and distribution Monday afternoon.

Norwood Police arrested a 19-year-old Norwood resident for alleged Heroin possession and distribution Monday afternoon, police spokesman Kevin Grasso said in a statement Tuesday.
Norwood Police Detectives and other members of the Norfolk County Police Anti-Crime (NORPAC) Detectives Unit executed a search warrant at 15 Sturtevant Ave., Apt. 2 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Monday, Grasso said.
As a result of the search, Police arrested Ralphie Nunez, 19, of Norwood, for possession with intent to distribute a class A substance (Heroin) and drug violation near a school or park.

"The location of this arrest was within 1,000 feet of the Balch Elementary School located on Washington Street," Grasso said. "This investigation is continuing and no further information is available at this time."
