William Medvesky Sr., 89, of Miami FL, passed away Feb. 20, 2012 in Miami. He was born and raised in Norwood, MA. Retired from Kendall in Walpole in 1988, relocating to Miami. Bill was a <a href="http://www.legacy.com/memorial-sites/ww2/?personid=156165641&amp;affiliateID=2273" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WWII</a> <a href="http://www.legacy.com/memorial-sites/army/?personid=156165641&amp;affiliateID=2273" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Army</a> veteran, serving in the Battle of the Bulge. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Dorothy; and daughter Carol, both of Miami, FL. He was preceded in death by his son William Jr. in 2005. He is also survived by his sister Albina Medvesky of Norwood and Stanley Medvesky of Woonsocket, RI. He will be greatly missed. He was the best husband, father and friend. Private services were held.
