Friday, Feb. 24

8:47 a.m. - Walk-in to the department reported checks missing from checkbook, believes they were stolen. Incident under investigation.

11:58 a.m. - Caller on E. Vernon St. reported a female down on the sidewalk, another motorist assisting. Witness unsure whether woman was hit or fell, but left on foot.

12:36 p.m. - Caller reported vandalism on Davis Ave. Police filed a report.

2:55 p.m. - Caller reported pedestrian accident near Mr. Frank's Gulf Station on Washington St. Victim transported to the hospital.

7:06 p.m. - Caller on Cross St. reported driveway markers stolen. Police filed a report.

9:44 p.m. - Caller reported vehicle hit stone wall on Pleasant St. Police arrested Susan C. Neves, of Norwood, for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating under the influence of alcohol.

Saturday, Feb. 25

11:50 a.m. - Caller reported wires down on Vanderbilt Ave. Norwood Fire responded.

2:13 p.m. - Caller reported three car motor vehicle accident at Pleasant and Dean streets. One vehicle towed from the scene. Police filed a report.

9:25 p.m. - Caller on Winslow Ave. reported someone threw eggs at her residence. Police filed a report.

Sunday, Feb. 26

3:19 a.m. - State police reported vehicle operating erratically. Norwood police located vehicle at McDonald's on Everett St. Police arrested Cruz R. Reyes, of Norwood, for operating under the influence of alcohol.

10:48 a.m. - Caller on Cottage St. reported statue stolen and back porch window broken. Police filed a report.

2:55 p.m. - Caller on Neponset St. reported returning home to find back door window broken. Police filed a report.

4:28 p.m. - Caller on Washington St. reported vehicle hit fence and fled. No damage. Police filed a report.
